homes with residents - imagine that!
We’ve had a few more homes close recently in our neighborhood, and surprise surprise - people are actually moving into them! Folks are realizing that it’s a great time to buy a house, and the homes in our neighborhood aren’t sitting empty as long. We still have quite a few homes in the front that are empty, because they were purchased by investors, but the other homes seem to have been purchased by people who actually want to live here. What a novelty!
We have an opportunity to move to Tampa in the next few months. I do not know a lot about it and need advice from someone other than a realator. What is a nice safe area, with really nice people and a good Elementary School and Middle School. We looked in Tampa a year or so ago and some of the areas seemed like they had some nice homes and then down the street would be awful looking people and cars. I know is sounds ugly but I am going into this blind and want to make a good decision. We are in our later 30’s. Any help would be great.
